Here at Positive Earth we install many different types of heating system including electrical convector and radiant systems, gas fired wet systems and electric boiler wet systems.

We use only the most energy efficient boilers and heaters as per current regulations and all are installed to the highest standards of workmanship.

There are many things we can do to keep our heating systems healthy apart from the usual repairs and servicing, an inhibitor will help reduce limescale corrosion and boiler noise. For excessivley clogged systems we would normally recommend a power flush.

Power flushing will remove any build up of corrosive materials and sludge that is lodged in your central heating pipes. It will also allow heat be distributed more evenly. Domestic power flushing carried out from £230 plus VAT.

There are now various ways in which we can control our heating. Systems can be fitted with new timeclocks, thermostats, motorised valves, electronic TRV systems, programmable room stats etc, all of which are designed to better control your system and save you money in energy costs.

NICEIC APPROVED CONTRACTOR

Positive Earth Engineering ltd is an NICEIC approved contractor. Electricians registered by NICEIC are assessed on a regular basis to ensure that they are competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards, codes of practice and rules of the Schemes they are registered to.

Contractors registered to NICEIC Building Regulations Schemes are authorised to self-certify their work without hindrance from Local Authority Building Control. This saves you both time and money when undertaking work that requires notification under the Building Regulations.

Gas safe registered

Positive Earth Engineering Ltd is registered with Gas Safe, the official gas registration body for Great Britain, appointed by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in April 2009. Appointing a contractor registered with Gas Safe ensures that the installation team are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas.
